the real me wants black T-shirts,black hair and dark nails,
to be set different from everyone else,
but that will not happen not meant to be,
my dad holds me down will not set me free,
he is ashamed of letting me be me,
keeping me indoors not to be set free, held in a cage not to be me,
all i want is freedom to do what i please,to be myself,and not this monster that he has made,this is not me all a charade,
a picture perfect daughter he did not get,
not blond hair and smiles,
but black hair and pain,he took the real me and hid it from me,
i want to be set free,
the real me wants black T-shirts, black hair and dark nails.
is that to much to ask?
The drip of blood
The shed of a tear
The knife that was used
The friends we lose
The pain thats recieved
For every broken heart
let the pain continue
and the blood shall too.

I am the invisible girl, the girl that nobody can see, touch, or hear. I wake up, go to school, come home and nobody can notice. Every recess and lunch, by myself. I lie about myself to make friends because nobody will like me for who I really am, the nerdy country girl.
Nobody can notice me walking in front of them saying - How are you? Nobody can see me hiding in a dark room in the corner. Wondering why my life had turned out this way? This wasn`t how it was meant to turn out like, not like this at all.
Every day I vowel to walk with my head held high with a smile on my face. I do and I try to make it real but it is like when you want a dog, so you draw it and pin it on your wall hoping that one day you wake up and it is there. In my case it is never there.
And you dread wakeing up every morning thinking why am I stiill here
Maybe they don`t even realise what is happening. Maybe you don`t even realise what is happening around you? Do you even know what is coming around the corner? Well, I can see you, see your every move, but the thing is, you can`t see me.
